摘  要:基于对相关电力企业安全工器具的调研,针对现有的对安全工器具的管理比较落后,从而导致难以对安全工器具进行有效监控的问题,提出了一种简单有效、容易实施的安全工器具监控方案。首先从整体上描述了安全工器具监控系统的总体结构,然后分别从硬件设计和软件设计两个方面对系统进行了详细阐述。该系统已经成功运用于某电力企业的安全工器具监控,运行稳定,达到了设计的预期目的。Currently, power enterprises' management of safety apparatus is relatively backward, which causes the problem that safety apparatus can hardly be monitored effectively. Based on the investigation on safety apparatus of related power enterprises, the author introduces a safety apparatus monitoring and control scheme which can performs very well in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Firstly,the general construction of the safety apparatus monitoring system is described. Then the hardware and software designs will be illustrated respectively and systematically. The system introduced has been applied on the safety apparatus monitoring in a power enterprise and has achieved stable and effective operating results.
