微创拔甲加0.3%碘伏湿敷治疗拇趾甲沟炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微创拔甲加0.3%碘伏湿敷治疗拇趾甲沟炎的治疗效果。方法选择在我院门诊治疗的拇趾甲沟炎患者162例,在均衡条件下,随机分为观察组和对照组各81例,观察组是微创拔甲加0.3%碘伏湿敷创面;对照组是传统的全甲拔除后创面盖凡士林纱加压包扎。观察两组患者在治疗过程中的出血量、疼痛程度、治愈时间。结果两组患者在治疗过程中的出血量、疼痛程度、愈合时间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论微创拔甲加0.3%碘伏湿敷创面,创伤小,出血少,疼痛轻,愈合快,易被患者接受,明显优胜于传统的拔甲方法。Objective To explore ettects of treatment toenail inflammation with minimally invasive pull out a toenail and 0.3% iodic fluid wet apply.Methods The 162 outpatient with toenail inflammation were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group in each group of 81 cases.Minimally invasive pull out a toenail and 0.3% iodic fluid wet apply would were used in the treatment group.Completely poll out a toensil and wound commpression bandage were used in the control group.Blood loss,pain and cure time were observed in all patients.Results Blood loss,pain and cure time had obvious statistics difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Treatment of toenail inflammation with minimally invasive pull out a toenail and 0.3% iodic fluid wet apply is obviously better than pull out a toenail and wound compression bandage with small trauma,less bleeding,lighter pain,fast healing and easy to be accepted.
