摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法从理论上分析了政府购买服务的起源,政府购买体育公共服务的理论依据,然后在其基础上分析了我国政府购买体育公共服务的动力原因所在。Through using the method of literature review and logical analysis, the writer analyzes the origin and theoretical bases of government purchasing sports public services, based on it ,then analyzes dynamical cause of government purchasing public sports services in China.
