全国各省基本药物增补情况比较研究

摘　　要：目的:为新版国家基本药物目录的调整提供建议与参考。方法:通过各省政府办公厅、省卫生厅、省药品集中交易监管平台等相关官方机构及网站收集各省基本药物目录增补情况,采用Excel与SPSS16.0进行数据的比较与描述性分析。结果:全国各省市基本药物增补情况差异大,各省增补品种、数量、增补目录的分级管理等方面差异大。结论:建议国家在调整国家基本药物目录时参考各省增补情况,吸取优秀做法。OBJECTIVE： To study on the supplement of essential drugs in primary health care institutions in provinces of China, and to provide suggestion and reference for the adjustment of new version of national essential drugs. METHODS： The information on the supplement of essential drugs in primary health care institutions in provinces were collected from provincial general ofrice, provincial health department, drug centralized trade platform and other official institutions and websites. SPSS 16.0 were used for comparative analysis and descriptive analysis. RESULTS： There were great differences in the supplement of essential drugs be- tween different provinces, such as drug types, the amount of additional drugs, and the classification management of supplement list. CONCLUSIONS： It is suggested that government refer to the supplement of provinces and learn from excellent methods when adjusting essential drug list.
