河南省基层医疗卫生机构实施国家基本药物制度情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:为进一步完善国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法:自行设计调查问卷,在6所国家基本药物制度试点乡镇卫生院进行问卷调查,共发放问卷100份,了解实施该制度存在的问题及改进建议。结果:共收回有效问卷83份。统计结果表明,基层医务人员对国家基本药物制度相关知识及政策了解不够,基本药物目录内药品不能满足基层临床需求、基本药物不能保障供应等问题影响了基本药物在基层医疗卫生机构的使用。结论:要顺利实施国家基本药物制度,需要加强基本药物相关知识和政策的宣传,根据各地情况适当增补一些临床必需的品种,完善标准规范的临床路径或指南,保障基本药物的供应。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the improvement of the national essential drug system. METHODS： Questionnaires were designed by us. 100 questionnaires were sent out in 6 pilot health clinics in town and townships to understand the problems and improvement suggestions. RESULTS： 83 valid questionnaires were collected; statistical result showed that some primary medical staff lacked the understanding of essential drugs system and policies, the essential drugs in the national list didn＇ t meet the clinical needs and the supply of the essential drugs couldn＇ t be guaranteed. All of them influenced the use of essential drugs in primary medical institution. CONCLUSION： The smooth implementation of national essential drug system requires the pub- licity of the knowledge and policies of essential drugs, the suitable supplement of necessary drugs in supplement list of essential drugs, formulate standard clinical pathwav and uuideline and supply guarantee of essential drugs.
