辛伐他汀调脂疗效影响因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解影响辛伐他汀调脂疗效的影响因素,并为该药临床合理应用提供参考。方法:制定调脂疗效影响因素调查量表,并对176例使用辛伐他汀治疗的患者根据临床病例提供的数据填写,对包括年龄、性别、肝肾功能、合并症、合并用药等在内的14项因素进行单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析,找出影响调脂效果的要因。结果:在辛伐他汀疗效的影响因素中,年龄、肝肾功能、合并高血压为影响该药物调脂效果的要因。结论:年龄与辛伐他汀降脂疗效呈负相关,临床用药时应根据患者肝肾功能、并发症、合并用药的情况调整给药剂量,在保证疗效的同时降低不良反应发生率。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the influential factors for simvastatin regulating the blood lipid, and to provide reference for rational use of drug in the clinic. METHODS： The scales of influential factors of 176 patients using simvastatin were designed and were filled accordifig to the data supplied by clinical case. The data including age, gender, liver and renal function, complica- tion, drug combination and other 9 ＂factors were analyzed through logistic regression analysis to determine the main factors for blood lipid regulation. RESULTS： Among influential factors of therapeutic efficacy, age, liver and renal function and combined with hypertension were main factors. CONCLUSIONS： Lipid-lowering efficacy of simvastatin is negatively correlated with age, clinical drug use should be based on liver and renal function, complication and drug combination to adjust the dosage, in order to ensure efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
