通心络治疗2型糖尿病对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:为探讨通心络对T2DM(2型糖尿病)血液流变学的影响。方法:将34例T2DM分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组17例,对照组17例。两组均给予常规降糖治疗,治疗组加用通心络每天3次,每次3粒,3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组在改善血液流变学指标、预防慢性并发症方面显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络对2型糖尿病血液流变学指标疗效显著,使用安全。Objective：To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo on T2DM （type 2 diabetes） on blood theology. Methods：34 cases of T2DM were divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group, 17 cases in the treatment group, 17 cases in the control group. The two groups were given conventional glucose -lowering therapy, the treatment group was added with Tongxinluo capsule 3 times daily,3 capsules each time ,3 months for 1 courses. Results：The treatment group in improving the index of blood rheology, the prevention of chronic complications were signifi- candy better than the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Tongxinluo Capsule on type 2 diabetes mellitus blood rheology indexes of curative effect, safe use.
