妇科腹腔镜联合脏器手术23例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜在妇科、外科联合脏器手术临床应用的可行性及价值。方法:回顾性分析2007年9月-2011年9月笔者所在医院行腹腔镜联合脏器手术患者23例的临床资料。结果:所有病例无中转开腹及并发症发生,手术效果良好,平均手术时间(138.4±23.5)min,术后住院4～8d。结论:妇科、外科腹腔镜联合脏器手术能明显减轻患者痛苦、减少住院时间、降低治疗费用,具有一定优越性,是安全、可行的。Objective： To explore the clinical value of gynecology and surgical laparoscopic combined surgery. Methods： Retrospective anal- ysis was made on clinical data of 23 patients who received laparoscopic combined surgery from Sep. 2007 to Sep. 2011. Results：All laparoscopic combined surgery were successful without conversion to laparotomy or complications. The time of laparoscopic combined surgery was （ 138.4 ±23.5 ） min. The postoperative hospital stay was 4 - 8 d. During the follow - up, all patients recovered well. Conclusion ： Combined laparoscopic - surgery has advantages of less pain,less the length of time and the treatment costs. Combined laparoscopic -surgery is safe and feasible.
