摘　　要：目的探讨前臂骨间背侧动脉逆行脂肪筋膜瓣联合皮片移植修复手背缺损创面的临床疗效。方法应用前臂骨间背侧动脉逆行脂肪筋膜瓣联合皮片移植修复14例手背部缺损创面患者。术前进行脂肪筋膜瓣设计,脂肪筋膜瓣切取面积8 cm×6 cm～12 cm×9 cm,覆盖创面后在脂肪筋膜瓣表面加皮片移植。结果 14例脂肪筋膜瓣及移植皮片全部成活。患者均获随访,时间4～10个月。脂肪筋膜瓣色泽、质地、弹性均良好,无臃肿,无前臂骨间背侧神经损伤,患者功能恢复较满意。结论前臂骨间背侧动脉逆行脂肪筋膜瓣联合植皮是修复手背部创面缺损的有效方法。Objective To explore the effect of retrograde forearm dorsal interosseous fascial fat flap and stage I skin grafts in repair of soft tissue defects of the dorsum of hands. Methods 14 cases with soft tissue defects of the dorsum of hands were repaired by retrograde forearm dorsal interosseous fascial fat flap and stage I skin grafts. In preopera- tive fat fascia disc design, fat fascia disc cutting area was 8 cm x 6 cm - 12 cm x 9 cm. After covering wounds stage I skin grafts were performed. Results 14 cases of fat fascia flaps and skin grafts all survived. All cases were fol- lowed up for 4 ~ 10 months. Fat fascial flap color, texture, elastic are good, without a bloated, no forearm bone dor- sal nerve damage, between patients with a satisfied functional recovery. Conclusions It is effective to repair the soft tissue defects of the dorsum of hands with retrograde forearm dorsal interosseous fascial fat flap and stage I skin grafts.
