前臂及腕部离断伤再植13例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前臂及腕部离断伤再植成功及提高术后手功能恢复优良率的要素。方法对13例前臂及腕部离断伤患者进行再植,予彻底清创、精确修复血管及神经;术后早期进行功能康训练。结果 13例患者再植手全部成活,经6个月～3年的随访,手功能均有不程度恢复。根据陈中伟上肢功能评定标准:Ⅰ级2例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级3例。结论彻底的清创、精确的血管及神经修复、术后早期的功能康复训练是前臂及腕部离断伤再植的成功以及手功能良好恢复的重要因素。Objective To investigate the key factors of forearm and wrist replantation and to improve hand function re- covery. Methods 13 cases of forearm and wrist replantation were done. Accurate repair blood vessels and nerves and early postoperative functional health training were allowed. Results All cases survived. After 6 months to 3 years of follow-up, hand function was restored. According to CHEN Zhong-wei upper extremity function evaluation ： grade I 2 cases, Ⅱ 8 cases,Ⅲ grade 3 cases. Conclusions Thorough debridement, accurate blood vessels and nerve repair, early postoperative functional rehabilitation are the key factors of the forearm and wrist replantation suc- cess and good functional recovery.
