摘  要:目的通过术前、术后常规监测C-反应蛋白(CRP)指标,了解关节置换患者在无感染情况时正常动态变化曲线。方法选择初次关节置换患者98例,于术前及术后第1、3、7、14天各采集清晨同一时间段空腹静脉血,测定WBC、ESR、CRP,并详细记录患者性别、年龄、疾病类型、手术方式、是否输血等可能影响数值变化的相关因素。用SPSS 13.0软件处理分析结果并用Excel绘制线图。结果 CRP变化曲线的轮廓基本一致,于术后出现先迅速升高,至术后第3天达到顶峰,至术后2周平均值可降至稍高于正常。结论根据CRP正常动态变化曲线,对发现、判断关节置换患者早期可能出现的感染有重要的意义。Objective To study the C-reactive protein (CRP) expression by routinely monitoring variation of serum CRP before and after joint replacement without infection and to know the normal dynamic change of the CRP. Meth- ads 98 cases with joint replacement were recruited. White blood cell (WBC), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) , and CRP were monitored before operations and in the 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 14th day after operations. The pos- sible correlation factors such as sex, age, disease type, operation type and blood transfusion were analyzed statistical- ly and drew linear chart with Excel. Results The level of CRP after operation in patients without infection increased after surgery, to the peak in 3 days, and then descended to normal level in 2 weeks. Conclusions It is important to discover and judge early infection after joint replacement with the development change of the CRP.
