摘　　要：目的探讨借助克氏针闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗粉碎性股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法对23例新鲜股骨干中段粉碎性骨折患者采用克氏针配合闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定治疗。结果 23例均获随访,时间13～30个月。22例骨折愈合良好,1例Ⅳ级骨折患者因活动过多,骨折迟缓愈合,经制动后愈合。无深静脉血栓形成、断钉、感染等并发症发生。结论克氏针助闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗粉碎性股骨干骨折,简单可靠,并发症少,效果良好。Objective To discuss the effect of the treatment of comminuted femoral fracture with interlocking intr- amedullary nail by Kirschner wire assisted closed reduction. Methods 23 cases of patients were treated with inter- locking intramedullary nail by Kirschner wire assisted closed reduction. Results 23 cases were all followed up for range 13 - 30 months. Fracture of 22 cases got well union. One patient of type IV healed slowly because of too many actions, but healed at last by immobilization. All patients have no deep venous thrombosis, nail breakage or infec- tion. Conclusions Kirschner wire assisted closed reduction and fixation with interlocking intramedullary nail in trea- ting the comminuted femoral fracture is simple, reliable, with less complication, high healing rate and good curative effect.
