摘　　要：以呫吨荧光分子为染色剂,对洋葱的内表皮细胞进行活体染色,结果表明:染色后的细胞发光面积较大,发光强度较高,染色剂与洋葱内表皮细胞壁的亲和能力强,染色效果理想。This paper took xanthene fluorescent molecules as stain,with intall staining on endepidermis cells of onion.The results showed that stained cells had large light-emitting area and high luminous intensity,it had strong affinity between the stain and the endepidermis cell wall of onion,the dyeing conditions was excellent.
