摘　　要：随着政府由经济建设型向公共服务型的逐步转变,可以发现政府在具备公共性和阶级性特征之外还有自利性的特征。文章充分认识和理解政府转型中的自利性,对于政府转型这一特定时期内的自利性要正确地对待,以促进我国的政府转型,为建设和谐社会提供制度保障。With the transformation of government from an organ chiefly responsible for economic development to one of public service, the government has becorrke a public organ which not only has different tasks at different stages of development, but shows concern for its own interest. The interest orientation in government transformation should be fully understood for a correct attitude to it. In this case, we can make efforts to promote the transformation and provide institutional protection for the construction of a harmonious society.
