浅谈冠心病心绞痛病人综合护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对冠心病心绞痛病人进行综合护理后,病员症状、血压、血脂、以及心电图改善情况。方法将122例冠心病心绞痛病员随机分为2组,每组61例。综合护理组给予心理护理,生活指导,身心放松训练,以及舒适护理;对照组给予一般医疗护理。将2组病人护理前后的观察指标用SPSS13软件包进行统计分析。结果 2组病人血脂、血压及心电图变化具有统计学意义,综合护理组效果优于对照组。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者实施综合护理可以有效提高临床治疗效果。Objective To observe the improvement of symptoms,blood pressure,blood lipid and ECG in patients with angina of coronary heart disease after comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods 122 cases with angina of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into groups：intervention group and control group,61 cases in each;comprehensive nursing intervention was performed to the patients in intervention group while routine nursing to the patients in control group;the statistical analysis was made to the observation data before and after the nursing performance of the patients in both groups with the software SPSS 13.Results The changes of blood lipid,blood pressure and ECG of the patients in the 2 groups were of statistical significance,and the effect in intervention group was much superior to that in control group.Conclusion The performance of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with angina of coronary heart disease can obviously promote the curative effect.
