输尿管镜钬激光治疗尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的治疗方法,研究输尿管镜联合钬激光治疗尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的临床疗效。方法:对10例先天性尿道下裂尿道成形术后并发尿道狭窄患者进行输尿管镜下钬激光治疗,切除尿道息肉、线结及狭窄环。结果:10例患者手术顺利完成,术后3周拔除导尿管排尿通畅。结论:尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄多发生于成形尿道与原尿道交界处。传统的尿道扩张或开放手术均存在一定弊端,而输尿管镜联合钬激光治疗尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄临床疗效满意。Objective：To study the treatments of urethrostenosis after hypospadias surgery, research the clinical curative effects of treating the postoperative urethral stricture by using holmium laser combined ureteroscope. Methods ： 10 paitents with urethral stricture after the urethral plastic operation to congenital hypospadias were treated by holmium laser combining ureteroscope, resected the urethral polyps, line knots and narrow rings. Results： The 10 patients completed the operations successfully, 3 weeks after the operations the catheter were pulled out and patients urinated unobstructed. Conclusions：The urethrostenosis after hypospadias surgery occur more often in the plastic and original urethras junctions. The traditional urethral dilation or open surgery both have some disadvantages, but the clinical curative effects are satisfied by using holmium laser the ureteroscope.
