高效液相色谱法测定百草妇炎清栓中苦参碱含量

摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定百草妇炎清栓中苦参碱含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX-NH2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-无水乙醇-1.5%磷酸(80∶10∶10),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长220 nm,柱温35℃。结果:苦参碱在0.065 6～0.852 8μg与峰面积成线性关系(r=0.999 9),该制剂中苦参碱的平均回收率为101.01%,RSD为1.41%(n=6)。结论:该高效液相色谱法简便易行、准确、耐用,可用于百草妇炎清栓中苦参碱的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for determination of matrine in baicaofuyanqing suppository with high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Methods： The HPLC method was carried out on NH2（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column using acetonitrile-absolute ethyl alcohol-1.5% phosphoric acid（80∶10∶10） as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Detection wavelength was 220 nm.The temperature of column was 35 ℃.Results： The calibration curve for matrine was linear in the range of 0.065 6～0.852 8 μg.The average recovery was 101.01%（n=6）,and RSD was 1.41%.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and durable for quantitative determination of Baicaofuyanqing suppository.
