眼袋切口在面中部年轻化微创术的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨下睑袋术的同时整体上提面中部,改善鼻唇沟过深,以最小的切口获得最大的面部年轻化的效果和方法。方法:采用下睑袋切口入路,处理好下睑袋的同时,将皮瓣分离至眶下缘后转入骨膜浅面,在面中部骨膜下广泛分离1.5～3.0cm,彻底松解固定颊部软组织的结构,向内上、上方和外上方行3点缝合颧脂肪垫,将缝线穿过颊部各层软组织固定到头侧骨膜上,使面中部上提,实现面中部的年轻化。结果:本组20例患者,术后均进行3～12个月随访,所有患者睑袋、鼻唇沟及面中部松垂组织得到明显改善,面部有不同程度的年轻化改观,且外观自然,效果满意。结论:此方法简单易行,安全可靠,具有创伤小、面部无瘢痕、效果好,是面中部年轻化微创手术的一种较理想的选择。Objective To investigate a modified midface lift for baggy deformity of low eyelid and deep nasolabial groove. Methods Through the incision at low eyelid and separates the flap to the inferior orbital rim periosteum into the shallow surface.In the midface subpefiosteal separation of 1.5-3.0cm wide,release the structure of the fixed buccal soft tissue,then stitch malar fat pad from inward,upward and outward.Suture through the buccal soft tissue layers attached to the cephalic periosteum,so the central part of the face is lift and realize the rejuvenation of the middle surface. Results Within 3 to 12 months visiting for the 20 cases, all patients eyelid bags,nasolabial fold and midface sagging tissue significantly improved. Conclusions This method is simple,safe and reliable,with few traumas,facial scar-free and effective. Minimally invasive surgery for midface rejuvenation is an ideal choice.
