摘　　要：目的研究CC趋化因子受体1(CCR1)在甲状腺相关眼病(thyroid associated ophthalmopathy,TAO)的眼眶免疫细胞上的表达。方法采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测25例TAO患者和10例正常对照的眼眶免疫细胞CCR1的表达情况,并将CCR1表达与TAO患者的临床病理特征进行相关性分析。结果 TAO患者的眼眶免疫细胞可明显表达CCR1,CCR1的阳性表达率为84%;正常人的眼眶免疫细胞表达CCR1不明显或呈弱阳性,与TAO患者相比CCR1阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TAO患者眼眶免疫细胞CCR1的表达与临床活动性评分(clinical activity scores,GAS)间呈正相关(r=0.701,P=0.000)。结论趋化因子受体CCR1可表达于TAO的眼眶免疫细胞,其在TAO的发病机制中可能发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of CC chemokine receptor 1（CCR1） on the immune cells in orbital tissue of patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy（TAO）.Methods The tissue samples of orbital tissue were collected from 25 cases of TAO patient and 10 normal control subjects,and the expression of CCR1 in the immune cells was studied by SP immunohistochemistry.The correlation between CCR1 and clinical activity scores（GAS） was analyzed.Results The expression of CCR1 on immune cells was positive,in orbital tissue of patients with TAO,and the positive rate was 84%,while it was negative or low positive in normal control subjects.The difference between them was significant（P0.05）.In addition,the expression of CCR1 on the immune cells of orbital tissue with TAO had significant correlation with CAS（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of chemokine receptor CCR1 on the immune cells in orbital tissue of TAO patients is higher than that of normal subjects.CCR1 may play a role in the pathogenesis of TAO.
