截敏祛风汤对变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜中血管活性肠肽的影响

摘　　要：目的观察"截敏祛风汤"对变应性鼻炎大鼠的治疗作用,探讨其作用机制。方法选择健康Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组(A)、模型对照组(B)、西替利嗪组(C)和"截敏祛风汤"组(D),每组10只。应用卵清蛋白法建立AR大鼠模型,造模成功后分组给药,观察大鼠行为学变化;免疫组化Envision法检测鼻黏膜组织中血管活性肠肽(VIP)的表达变化。结果 C、D组大鼠过敏症状较B组明显减轻,与A组相近;免疫组化结果表明,各组大鼠鼻黏膜的小血管壁和腺体周围、部分上皮细胞中均可见到VIP的阳性表达;其中,B组阳性细胞数较其他三组明显升高,(P<0.05),C、D组阳性细胞数较A组增多,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "截敏祛风汤"能明显改善变应性鼻炎大鼠的过敏症状,其作用机制之一是通过减少大鼠鼻黏膜组织中VIP的表达而实现的。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Jieminqufeng decoction on allergic rhinitis （AR） rats and probe its mechanism. Methods 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, normal control,model control,JieMinQuFeng decoction and cetirizine group, 10 rats per group. After the model rats of AR were established, 4 groups were respectively given different treatments for 7 days as the indicated. The behavioral changes of rats in each group were observed, and the expression of Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide （VIP） was detected in rat nasal mucosa using immunohistochemistry-Envision. Results The allergic symptoms of group C and D relieved dramatically compared with group B, which was similar with A. Immunohistochemistry data showed that VIP was .expressed around vascular wall, gland and epithelial cell in mucosa. The VIP positive cells of group B were more than the other groups（P〈0.05）. The positive cells were more in the C and D than A, but the deviation is insignificant. Conclusions JieMinQuFeng decoction is an effective drug to AR. Its mechanism may be to decrease VIP expression.
