摘  要:目的观察过敏性鼻炎患者舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗前后鼻分泌物嗜酸粒细胞数量的变化。方法 43例过敏性鼻炎患者,行粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服免疫治疗。分别在治疗前及治疗后第2周、4周及8周采集鼻分泌物涂片,计数鼻分泌物中的嗜酸性粒细胞,比较分析治疗前后的数值变化。结果与治疗前相比较,免疫治疗后第4周与第8周时,鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞数下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第4周与第8周比较,鼻分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞数差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗的第4周开始,过敏性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜局部免疫状态开始发生改变。Objective To investigate the changes of eosinophils (EOS) number in nasal secretion following sublingual specific immunotherapy with the antigen extract made from dust mites among patient with allergic rhinitis based on a clinical trial. Methods Included in this study were 43 cases with allergic rhinitis treated with sublingual specific immunotherapy. Their EOS number in nasal sections was detected before the treatment and at the 2nd, 4th and 8th weeks following the therapy. Then, the correlation of EOS number with the therapeutic course was analyzed in a comparative way made before and during the therapy. Results When compared with the data obtained before treatment, EOS number in nasal secretion was shown beginning to decrease at the 4th week and lasting till to the 8th week following the specific immunotherapy with statistical significance (P〈0.05). However, there was no such statistical significance in the difference between the data at 4th and 8th weeks during the therapeutic course (P〈0.05). Conclusions The local immune status in nasal mucosa begin to change at the 4th week since the beginning of specific immtmotherapy by sublingual dropping with the antigen extract made from dust mites among patients with allergic rhinitis.
