不同真空采血管对30项生化检验项目的可比性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察三种不同的真空采血管对30项生化检验项目结果的影响。方法:选取40例健康体检者采用肝素盐抗凝采血管、分离胶采血管和普通真空采血管分别采集其血液标本,进行30项生化项目检测,对其结果进行比较分析。结果:三种不同真空采血管除少数几项外,多数项目的结果比较无显著性差别(P>0.05)。讨论:不同的真空采血管对有些生化项目结果会产生影响。Objective：Observe three different BCT biochemical examination of 30 project results influence.Methods：Select the healthy check-up in 40 cases by leeches element in blood vessels,separation of anticoagulant in blood vessels and ordinary rubber respectively BCT blood samples collected its,38,the biochemical project detection result was analyzed.The results Three different BCT ex-include several outside,most projects non-significance difference compared（P0.05）.Discussion Different BCT project results of some biological effects.
