摘　　要：目的:探讨盆腔器官脱垂(POP)患者耻骨宫颈筋膜中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶-1(GPx1)的表达。方法:选取2010年10月至2011年6月盆底器官脱垂患者30例,其中POPⅡ级10例,POPⅢ级10例,POPⅣ级10例,并选取同期10例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者作为对照,采用免疫组化SP法检测耻骨宫颈筋膜中GPx1的表达情况。结果:GPx1在POP患者耻骨宫颈筋膜中的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且其表达与POP-Q分期呈负相关(r=-0.660,P<0.05)。结论:POP的发展与组织中GPx1的含量有相关性。Objective： To study the expression of glutathione peroxidase-1（GPx1） in pubocervical fascia of pelvic organ prolapse（POP）.Methods： The biopsy specimens in pubocervical fascia were obtained from 40 subjects in our hospital from September 2010 to June 2011,who were assigned into the control group and POPⅡ,POPⅢ,and POPⅣ groups.The expression of GPx1 of pubocervical fascia was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining.Results： There was a significant difference of GPx1 expression between POP groups and control group（P0.05）,the expression of GPx1 correlated with POP-Q degrees（r=-0.660;P0.05）.Conclusion： There is a close relationship between degeneration of pelvic support construction and deficiency in GPx1 expression in pubocervical fascia of POP patients.
