摘　　要：本文通过分析依托住宅产业化推进公共租赁住房建设的必要性及优势所在,探索公共租赁住房产业化建设的实施路径。通过设计标准化,全装修一体化,部品、部件的通用化等,可逐步推进我国公租房的产业化发展,从而高效率且高质量地建设公共租赁住房。By analyzing the necessities and advantages of public rental house constructing relying on housing industrialization,this article explores the implementation path of promoting housing industrialization in the construction of public rental house.Through the standardization of design,overall-finished decoration,generalization of housing parts etc.,it may gradually promote the development of housing industrialization,consequently,construct public rental house with high efficiency as well as high quality.
