摘　　要：公租房是当前我国保障性住房建设中最主要的组成部分,青年"夹心层"是公租房的保障群体之一。本文针对北京海淀区"高校片区"青年人的居住状况、生活特点展开了小范围调研,总结出这部分青年群体的居住需求,并针对青年公租房设计提出几点建议。Public rental housing is currently the most important part of indemnificatory housing in China,meanwhile youth,the ＂sandwich layer＂,is one group of its beneficiaries.Through questionnaires and field invstigation tothe youth living in ＂College District＂ in Beijing,we integrate youth life style and living characteristics,summarize and analyze youth’s living needs,work out the conclusion,the design principles of public rental housing for the youth.
