摘　　要：本文以大阪市为例,从保障性住房建设、运营的角度,浅析对大阪市公营住宅(文中称"大阪市营住宅")投资、支出与收益额产生影响的各方面因素,找出这种变化背后的原动力。This paper takes Osaka city as an example,analyzes the factors in various directions which affect social housing investment,expenditure and benefit from construction and operation angle,and locate the motivity of these changings aspects.
