空勤飞行员中心性浆液性视网膜病变患者综合治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合治疗对空勤飞行员这一特殊群体患中心性浆液性视网膜病变的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院门诊于2009年2月至2010年10月患中心性浆液性视网膜病变的男性空勤飞行员26例(32只眼),年龄20～46岁,平均年龄33岁,初次发病15例(18只眼),复发者11例(14只眼),对患者进行药物治疗、TTT激光、PDT激光等综合治疗方式,观察治疗效果,随访时间6个月。结果随访期间32只眼中,治愈26只眼(81.3%),显效4只眼(12.5%),有效2只眼(6.25%)。选择视网膜渗漏点距黄斑中心凹远近程度不同采取积极有效、安全的综合治疗措施,可控制及预防中心性浆液性视网膜病变的复发和提高疗效,治疗期间均无不良反应出现。结论综合治疗对空勤飞行员患中心性浆液性视网膜病变取得良好疗效,改善患者视力及促进黄斑区水肿的消退。Objective Curative effect and treatment of comprehensive therapy on the pilots coming down with central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods 26 male flight pilots（32 eyes）,aged 20~46 years,mean age 33,with central serous chorioretinopathy from February 2009 to October 2010 were retrospective analyzed,the attacks 15 cases（18 eyes）,relapses in 11 patients（14 eyes）,Patients were treated with drug therapy and TTT laser,PDT laser comprehensive treatment way.To observe curative effect,and follow-up time 6mos.Results Of the 32 treated eyes,26（86.3%） were cured,and 4（12.5%） were distinctly improved,2（6.25%） were effective.Select Pitch foveal retinal central leakage distance to take active and effective in varying degrees,the comprehensive treatment of security measures,Control and prevention of central serous retinopathy recurrence and improve efficacy,There were no adverse reactions were observed during treatment.Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for flight pilots with central serous chorio retinopathy has good curative effect,improve patients＇ vision and promote dissipation of the macular area edema.
