面向土地利用宏观监测的国产资源卫星中分辨率数据覆盖能力研究

摘　　要：通过查询北京一号、环境一号和CBERS-02B三颗国产资源卫星在2009年内所有符合质量要求的存档数据,从季度、半年度、年度3个时间尺度和全国、分省两个空间尺度,对单颗卫星的覆盖能力和3颗卫星的综合覆盖能力进行了深入分析与总结,并根据分析结果从数据源、监测周期等几个方面为宏观监测的具体实施提出了建议。Landuse macro-monitoring,which can acquire the landuse change information of large areas in a short cycle,is urgently required for land policies participating in macroeconomic regulation.The coverage ability of medium resolution RS data of domestic resource satellites is one of the most important preconditions of landuse macro-monitoring.On the basis of querying the existing RS data of BJ-1,HJ-1,CBERS-02B in 2009,the research systematically analyzed and summarized the coverage ability of each satellite and the synthetical coverage ability of the above three satellites,and made suggestions on implementation of macro-monitoring by RS data source,monitoring cycle and etc.
