摘　　要：嘉定司法中心的实践进程反映了新城建设背景下司法建筑实践的策略与思考,它的突破不仅针对中国当代司法建筑的固有模式及其产生的文化价值认同体系,也寄期望于对日后的新城建设提供有效参考。The practical design and construction processes of Jiading Centre of Justice reflect the strategies and idea of architecture for legal and justice purposes under the broader context of new town construction.Its breakthrough not only points to the conventional model of contemporary Chinese legal architecture and the identity system of cultural values it generates,but also raises hopes for supplying valid references for future new town construction.
