摘　　要：文章结合具体建筑设计实践,全面介绍了现代都市建筑设计院近年来针对建筑设计市场发展趋势,积极探索专项化现代建筑设计机构发展模式,在住宅、商业地产、医卫文教、建筑声学、既有建筑保护等专项化领域形成自身核心竞争力。同时,现代都市院关注建筑师培养,通过设立人才成长通道及内训师等措施,为青年建筑师成长提供更好的环境。With several case studies in architectural practice,the article offers a comprehensive introduction of UD Architectural Design Institute＇s active explorations of the specialized development model for a contemporary architectural design institute in response to the trends of the architectural design market.UD Architectural Design Institute has achieved core competences in residential housing,medical, cultural and educational architecture,architectural acoustics and preservation of existing architecture. In the meantime,the Institute is committed to the cultivation of architects and the provision of a better environment by setting up a talent growth track scheme and internal coaching system.
