摘  要:构建了一个由‘HH1B'和‘RSB03'杂交、包含286个个体的F_2群体,对群体及亲本人工接种纹枯病菌,综合应用病级(DR)、病斑长度(LL)、病斑高度(LH)及相对病斑长度(RLL)等指标进行抗性评价。通过QTLs定位分析,检测到4个与纹枯病抗性相关的QTLs位点,分别分布于第4、11及12染色体上,其中第11染色体上的位点同时控制DR与RLL,另外检测到7个与抽穗期(HD)及株高(PH)相关的QTLs位点。An F2 population consisting of 286 individuals was constructed by crossing between 'HHIB and 'RSB03 ,a deep water rice variety with good resistance to sheath blight. The population and parents were artificially inoculated with sheath blight fungus and their resistances to sheath blight were evaluated in terms of such indexes as disease rating(DR),lesion length(LL),lesion height(LH) and relative lesion length(RLL,or the ratio of lesion length to plant height). It was found by QTL mapping that four QTLs relative to sheath blight resistance were distributed on the 4th, l lth and 12th chromosomes, and the QTL on the 11 th chromosome simultaneously controlled the DR and RLL. Also a total of 7 QTLs relative to heading date(HD)and plant height(PH)were detected.
