摘　　要：经济生活与法律环境息息相关,二者共同奠定了市场经济成长与发展的基础,金融投资活动在经济生活中又处于最为核心的地位。自国家对东北老工业基地重新规划与定位以来,"长、吉、图开放先导区"的开发与建设同步进行,在这个过程中,关注吉林省金融投资者权益的保护并构建和谐的金融投资者权益保护法律制度至关重要。本文在对吉林省金融投资者权益保护法律制度构建的必要性进行分析的同时,对未来吉林省金融投资者权益保护法律制度的构建与完善提出了具体建议。Economic life and legal environment are closely linked,the two together they created a market-based economic growth and development,financial and investment activities in the economic life but also in the most central key position.Since the replanning and positioning of the northeast old industrial,the ＂Changchun,Jilin,Tumen for development and construction＂ have been carried out simultaneously.In this process,attention to protection of the rights of financial investors Jilin Province and build a harmonious legal system to protect the financial interests of investors is essential.n this paper,we build an introduction and analysis on Jilin Province harmonious legal system to protect the financial interests of investors,while we put forward the specific recommendations about the construction and perfection in the future of Jilin Province of the legal system to protect the financial interests,which have investors in the theoretical significance and practical value.
