摘  要:全球气候变化会导致陆地生态系统干旱频繁,强降雨增多,深入研究降雨对土壤微生物量和呼吸的影响,有利于理解陆地生态系统中土壤碳、氮的循环。研究以北京市延庆县上辛庄水土保持科技示范园内的标准径流小区为对象,探讨不同土地利用方式下降雨对土壤微生物量和呼吸的影响及差异。结果表明,不同土地利用方式下土壤干旱时,降雨使土壤微生物量和土壤呼吸产生激增效应。2010年8月3日降雨后经果林、裸地、农用地的土壤微生物量碳与干旱期的相比分别增加了0.40,1.51,1.95倍;土壤微生物量氮与干旱期的相比分别增加了1.77,1.83,3.7倍;土壤呼吸与干旱期的相比分别提高了12.4%,12.5%,20.5%,激增幅度依次为农用地>裸地>经果林。农用地的土壤微生物量和土壤呼吸值均低于经果林、裸地的,但是降雨使其产生的激增幅度明显大于经果林和裸地的。The consequences of global climate change are drought frequent and rainfall increased, researching the effects of rainfall events on soil microbial biomass and soil respiration is important to understand of eco- system C and N dynamics in terrestrial ecosystems. Based on a continuous observation before and after the rain in Beijing, changes in contents of soil microbial biomass and soil respiration under different land use con- ditions were determined. Furthermore, different responses of soil microbial biomass and soil respiration to different land use conditions were compared. The results showed soil microbial biomass, soil respiration were increased by rainful when soil was drought previously. Compared the values after and before the rain, the soil microbial biomass carbon increased 0.40, 1.51 and 1.95 times respectively for economic fruit forest, bare land and agricultural land~ the soil microbial biomass nitrogen respectively increased 1.77, 1.83 and 3.7 timesl the soil respiration respectively increased 12.4%, 12.5M and 20.5%, the order of amplitude was ag- ricultural land〉bare land〉economic fruit forest. Compared with economic fruit forest and bare land, agri- cultural land had less soil microbial biomass and soil respiration, but the variation rates were significantly greater than those of fruit forest and bare land.
