摘　　要：2011年,海门市建筑业完成总产值672.09亿元、利税40多亿元,对全市GDP的贡献率连续多年超过13%,高出全省平均水平7个百分点。"十二五"开局良好,海门市提出新的目标:到2015年建筑业总产值超过1000亿元。新的起点,再续征程。本刊特邀海门市委书记、市长、建管局局长畅谈建筑业发展战略和成功经验,组织记者深入采访,挖掘建筑业持续健康发展的内在基因,期望给业界同行以借鉴。In 2011,the total output of the construction industry in Haimen reached RMB 67.209 billion with the profits and taxes over RMB 4 billion.This industry's contribution to GDP of the whole city exceeded 13%over many years continuously.Besides,this amount was also 7%higher than average of the whole province. The city stands at a new starting point to continue its journey.Here,the magazine specially invited the secretary of municipal committee of the CPC,the mayor and the chief of the construction administrative bureau of Haimen to talk about the development strategies and successful experiences of the construction industry.It also organized reporters to take further interviews so that to explore the internal factors for the continuous and healthy development of the construction industry.The magazine expected it could make a reference to be learned from by all competitors in this industry.
