摘  要:在小型循环流化床实验台上进行了一系列的飞灰回燃试验,研究了灰煤比、运行温度、飞灰活化方式、循环倍率、流化风速等因素对脱硫效率和飞灰含碳量的影响,寻求合理运行参数.研究结果表明:飞灰回燃时的最佳脱硫温度约为880℃;随着灰煤比的增加,飞灰含碳量逐渐降低,脱硫效率逐渐提高;水灰质量比从0提高到4.5%,脱硫效率增加了13.84%,而飞灰含碳量则无明显变化.A set of the experiments on fly ash recycle combustion was implemented in a bench-scale CFB combustor.To determine reasonable operation parameters,a comprehensive investigation was carried out on the effects of such significant factors as ash to coal mass ratio,furnace temperature,reactivation of fly ash,circulation rate and fluidized air velocity on desulfurization efficiency and burnout characteristics of fly ash.The test results show that the optimal temperature for desulfurization in CFB combustor with fly ash recycle is about 880 ℃.With the increase of ash to coal mass ratio,the unburned carbon content in ash decreases gradually while the desulfurization efficiency increases.As the water to ash mass ratio increases from 0 to 4.5%,the desulfurization efficiency increases by 13.84%,while the un-burne carbon content in fly ash fluctuates around 11.4%.
