摘　　要：半胱氨酸蛋白酶(Cysteine protease,CP)是一类在酶的活性中心含有半胱氨酸残基的蛋白水解酶。CP属于木瓜蛋白酶家族,广泛分布于从病毒至脊椎动物的生物体中。对人体半胱氨酸蛋白酶的研究主要集中在细胞凋亡分子机制和恶性肿瘤的基因诊断与治疗等方面。而对寄生虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶研究的内容则更为广泛,其中包含半胱氨酸蛋白酶在寄生虫免疫逃避、毒力、组织细胞入侵、蜕皮及包囊形成、孵化等作用的研究。研究发现,该酶具有较好的种特异性,既可作为寄生虫病诊断抗原和疫苗候选分子,同时,也是药物治疗寄生虫病的靶标。因此,论文重点对寄生虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶近年的研究进展做一综述。CySteine protease （CP） is a kind of protein hydrolase which has cystein residues in the active center of the enzyme. CP belongs to the papain family and widely distributes from viruses to vertebrates. The study of cysteine protease mainly focuses on the molecular mechanism of cell apoptosis, the gene diagnosis and treatment of malignant in human. But, the research content of cysteine protease is much more exten- sive in parasites. The study included cysteine proteases in parasite immune evasion, virulence, tissue invasion, molting and cyst formation, hatching and so on. The studies showed that the enzyme has host specificity, and can be used as a diagnostic antigen and candidate vaccine molecule for parasitic disease. At the same time, the enzyme is also a target for drug treatment in parasitic diseases. The paper reviewed the recent progress on the cysteine protease in parasites.
