奶牛腹部叩诊钢管音的成因分析

摘　　要：奶牛腹部叩诊出现钢管音,其机理是腹壁或肋弓局部增加了一个或者几个作用力,力的性质决定钢管音的面积、位置和洪亮程度,特别是发生皱胃变位、皱胃扭转、创伤性网胃炎等一些腹部疾病时力的变化和钢管音相对应,临床上我们根据钢管音的性质可以判断出腹壁受力的面积、位置和大小,也可以对腹部疾病进行鉴别诊断,同时合理选择治疗方案、判定治疗效果及预后。The mechanism of the steel pipe sound of abdominal percussion in dairy cows is the increase of one or several forces at the abdomen or rib cage of dairy cows. The nature of force determines the size, the location and the extent of loud of the steel pipe sound. Especially when the milk cow occurred abomasum deflection, abomasum dis＇placement, traumatic gastritis and other abdominal diseases, the change of force is adapted to the nature of steel pipe sound. According to the nature of steel pipe sound in clinic, we can judge the area, the location and the size of the force at the abdomen wall. And we can also make the differential diagnosis of abdominal diseases, and select reasonable treatment options, judge the effect of treatments and make prognosis of diseases.
