食入草原毛虫导致放牧羊口腔黏膜溃烂的病理学诊断  

Sheep Diagnosis of Oral Cavity Mucous Membrane Canker Diseases in Grazed Sheep in Haibei of Qinghai Province

摘　　要：为探明青海省海北州放牧家畜口腔黏膜溃烂病病因,通过给试验动物饲喂添加有草原毛虫的饲料,观察其临床症状、剖检变化及病理组织学变化,并与自然发病羊进行对比。结果表明,临床症状表现为病畜流涎、食欲不振,采食困难,在口唇部、齿龈、舌面有大小不等的溃疡,严重时舌体断裂;剖检变化表现为病畜消瘦,营养不良,舌面、齿龈等部位黏膜有不同程度的溃烂,组织学变化主要表现为舌表面黏膜有损伤,损伤部位黏膜内及深层舌肌中有异物刺入,异物有倒刺,周围有大量淋巴细胞、上皮样细胞和多核巨细胞浸润。试验羊与自然发病羊病变均相同。刺入舌内异物形态与草原毛虫虫体表面虫毛一致,确诊青海省海北州放牧家畜口腔黏膜溃烂病为放牧家畜食入草原毛虫及其蜕皮所致。The clinical symptoms, the anatomical changes and the histopathological lesions were observed in the natural sick sheep and sheep fed with forage containing Gynaephora menyuanensis to find out the causing factors of oral cavity mucous membrane canker diseases in grazed sheep in Haibei, Qinghai province. The results showed as follows,clinical symptoms included sialorrhea, poor appetite, dysforaging, and ulcer in oral lip, gum and lingual surface of sheep. Pathological lesions included athrepsy, dystrophy, and mucous membrane inflamation in lingual surface and gum. Mucous of lingual surface and muscle of tongue were injuried by some corpus alienums with barbs, and lots of lymphocytes, ep!thelioid cells and multinucleatd giant cells were found around these corpus alienums. These corpus alienums had the same morphous with the villi of Gynaephora ruoergensis. According to all these appearances mentioned above, Gynaephora ruoergensis and its ecdysis in forage led to oral cavity mucous membrane canker diseases in sheeps in Haibei, Qinghai province.
