摘　　要：通过对学习型党组织主要特征的了解,探索了学习型党组织的3种学习动力机制:一是内生型动力机制;二是外生型动力机制;三是联合型动力机制,并对3种动力机制在理念认知与实践操作层面实现了深化与突破,以期推动学习型党组织的科学发展。Through the general definition of the characteristics of learning-oriented Party organization, the paper explores three kinds of learning-motivation mechanisms： the inner, the outer and the joint motivation mechanism. In addition, it intensifies the recognition and practice of the three mechanisms and makes some breakthrough, in the hope of promoting the development of learning-oriented Party organization.
