摘 要:采用微生物平皿培养法和化学分析法对山东沾化县冬枣栽培区不同质地土壤微生物数量和养分状况进行了研究.结果表明:(1)沾化县冬枣栽培区根际土壤微生物总数明显高于根外(非根际),呈现出明显的根际效应.(2)该地区土壤微生物以细菌占绝对优势,其次为放线菌、真菌.(3)砂质土壤中的微生物总数量高于黏质土壤中微生物总数量.(4)黏质土壤中的土壤养分含量总体上高于砂质土壤.(5)沾化县冬枣栽培区土壤中链霉菌类群丰富,可分为9个类群,白孢类群占优势.Microbial quantity and nutrient in the soil with different character of the Zhanhua winter date cultivation plots were studied by chemical analysis and microbial plate culture. The result indicated that, (1)The surface of root soil was markedly more favorable to microbe in the soil, which represented root domino effect. (2)In this area, bacteria were main members of microorganisms, followed by actino- myces, fungi. (3) Bacteria, actinomyces, in clay soil. (4)All the members of acti divided into nine florae;and flora of alb er than that in sandy soil. fungi and microbial quantity in sandy soil were higher than those nomyces strains were complex ones. And ospore plays the major role. (5)The nutri the streptomyces can be ent in clay soil was high-er than that in sandy soil.
