对大学生职业生涯规划的思考

摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的日益深入,大学生就业问题越来越受到社会的普遍关注,大学生的职业生涯规划也日益显示其重要性。但目前很多高校对大学生职业生涯规划还没有给予足够重视,对大学生的职业生涯规划教育还有待加强。本文论述了大学生职业生涯规划的现实意义,对当前大学生职业生涯规划的现状进行分析,对加强大学生职业生涯规划指导提出了建议。As the reform of advanced education deepens, the problem of undergraduates＂ job - hunting gets more and more attention from the society and career planning increasingly shows its importance. However, many universities don＇t pay enough attention to career planning at present so it is necessary to improve the education of career planning. This article illustrates the realistic significance of career planning and analyses the actuality of that. Furthermore, this article gives advice about strengthening undergraduates＇ career planning.
