摘 要:介绍了核测井仪器密封接头体的结构,对其存在的问题进行了详细分析。现有密封接头体可靠性差的原因是其气密封性较差和零部件互换性差。阐述了一种新型小直径核测井仪器密封接头体的结构设计,对其密封塞、自密封充排气管进行了可靠性实验。通过实验结果给出了合理选用零件参数的方法及连接头和密封塞螺纹的强度计算公式。对新设计的小直径核测井仪器密封接头体进行了包括高压密封性实验、气密封性实验和电绝缘性能实验的验证。该设计有效地解决了核测井仪器密封接头体气密封性差的问题,提高了产品的可靠性。Introduced is the structure of the and analyzed are its shortages in detail. It is airproofed tie-in body for nuclear well logging tool, believed that the poor reliability in current airproofed tie-in body is mainly produced by its weak airtightness and unsatisfactory components interchange ability. Proposed is a new airproofed tie-in body used for a small diameter nuclear well logging tool. Reliability tests for its seal-plug and self- on the tests result, new method for reasonable airproof exhausted tube are carried out. And based parts parameters selection and intensity calculation formula for connection head and seal-plug screw thread are given. A series of reliability tests are processed on the newly designed airproofed tie-in body used for small diameter nuclear well logging tool, including high pressure airproof test, gas airproof test, and electricity isolation performance test. The test result shows that the new design effectively solved the problem of poor airproof in airproofed tie-in bodies, as a result, improved the tool reliability.
