摘　　要：采用Stackelberg均衡模型对油港企业与政府的合作协调关系进行博弈分析.该研究成果可为油港供应链上相关企业合作策略的选择提供有力的理论依据,也可为政府部门制定促进低碳绿色油港构建提供决策参考.This paper used the Stackelberg equilibrium model for research on the cooperation and coordination game relationship.The results can provide strong theoretical basis for enterprises in oil port supply chain to choose cooperation strategy,and provide decision-making reference for the government departments to formulate relevant policies on constructing low carbon and green oil port.
