摘 要:制备了Na2WO4/SiO2和Na2WO4P2.5/SiO2催化剂,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、BET比表面积测试法、数字化扫描电镜(SEM)手段对其进行了表征。以噻吩/石油醚模拟油为原料,以氧气为氧化剂,研究了催化剂的催化脱硫性能,发现Na2WO4P2.5/SiO2催化剂的催化性能优于Na2WO4/SiO2。考察了Na2WO4P2.5/SiO2催化剂质量、氧气流量、反应温度、反应时间及萃取条件对脱硫效果的影响。在噻吩/石油醚模拟油为20 mL、Na2WO4P2.5/SiO2为0.12 g、氧化温度60℃、氧气流量120 mL/min的反应条件下,氧化40 min得到的产物采用甲醇萃取,在剂油比为1,20℃下萃取10 min时,脱硫率可达96.6%。The Na2WO4/SiO2 and Na2WO4P2.5/SiO2 catalysts were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),BET specific surface area test method and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The desulferization performances of thiophene-petroleum ether model oil over the catalysts were investigated using oxygen gas as oxidant.The results indicated that the catalytic performance of the Na2WO4P2.5/SiO2 is better than that of Na2WO4/SiO2.The effects of the mass of the Na2WO4P2.5/SiO2 catalyst,oxygen flow rate,reaction temperature,reaction time and extraction conditions on catalytic oxidative desulfurization were also investigated.Under the conditions of thiophene/petroleum ether model oil 20 mL,Na2WO4P2.5/SiO2 0.12 g,oxygen flow rate 120 mL/min,temperature 60 ℃ and reaction time 40 min,the reaction products were extracted using methanol as the extractant with the solvent/oil volume ratio of 1 for 10 min at 20 ℃,the desulferization ratio reached to 96.6%.
