摘 要:应用固液反应与蛋白质水解理论,建立了热碱协同作用下剩余污泥中蛋白质浓度变化的7参数动力学模型。采用试管实验,测定了污泥浓度、氢氧化钠浓度、温度以及时间对溶胞液中蛋白质浓度的影响,并采用非线性最小二乘曲线拟合技术得到动力学模型参数。结果表明,提出的动力学模型对64组实验数据的回归残差为8.09×106,回归指数达0.97,数据处理效果良好,可为剩余污泥蛋白质提取提供依据和指导。The kinetics model with 7 parameters for the process of protein release from sludge by heat and alkali was established using the theories of solid-liquid reaction and hydrolysis.Subsequently,the leaching concentration of protein from sludge was measured using test-tube experiments under different conditions.Finally,the model parameters were regressed by matlab7.1 software using nonlinear least squares curve fitting techniques.The results show that the proposed kinetics model for 64 sets of experimental data has a residual of 8.09 × 106,and the regression index was 0.97.The kinetics model represented in this paper is good,and can be used as the basis and the guidance for the dissolution of protein from sludge by heat and alkali.
