摘 要:在内径60 mm、高1 000 mm的冷态气固流化床实验装置上,研究了含油污泥-石英砂混合颗粒的流化特性。实验结果表明,对于含油污泥含量较高的混合颗粒,随着气速由高到低,含油污泥颗粒与石英砂的流化行为可以分为四个阶段,双组分完全流化、石英砂流化-油泥趋于静止、石英砂趋于静止和固定床阶段;通过两组份分层填装流化实验,发现仅通过气流的作用实现颗粒之间的良好混合较为困难;测量了不同气速下体系的混合指数,在较高的含油污泥含量下,含油污泥颗粒的粘性作用较强,较低气速下石英砂表现为浮升组分,随着气速的升高,石英砂出现了由浮升组分向沉积组分的转变。The fluidization behavior of particle mixtures(PMs) of oil sludge and sand was investigated in a cold model glass fluidized bed,with 60 mm in I.D.and 1 200 mm in height.The experimental demonstrates that,for the PMs of high oily sludge content,with the decrease of gas velocity,the fluidization process can be divided into four periods,complete fluidizing of both particles,sand fluidizing-oily sludge tending to be static,sand tending to be static and finally fixed bed.If the oily sludge and sand particles were charged into the bed separately,it was difficult for the two kinds of particles to mix adequately merely by the disturbing of gas.The mixing index was investigated under different velocities.Because the adherence among oily sludge particles is strong under high oil sludge content,and the sand behaved as flotsam component under low gas velocity and it changed to jetsam component gradually with the increase of gas velocity.
