摘  要:采用原位水热合成技术,以蜂窝状堇青石陶瓷为载体,分别合成了硅铝比为300的高硅和纯硅的ZSM-5分子筛/堇青石整体催化剂,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对催化剂进行了表征,考察了反应温度、水汽含量和空速等对NO氧化反应的影响。结果表明:在硅铝比为300的ZSM-5/堇青石和纯硅ZSM-5/堇青石整体催化剂作用下,在干气和湿气条件下,NO转化率均随着温度的升高和空速的增加而下降;ZSM-5分子筛/堇青石催化剂具有一定的抗水汽能力,在30℃和空速15 000 h-1条件下,水汽含量从0.0 g/L增加到3.5 g/L,NO在高硅ZSM-5/堇青石和纯硅ZSM-5/堇青石整体催化剂上的转化率分别从25%下降到17%和从27%下降到19%。The ZSM-5/cordierite monolithic catalysts with molar ratio of Si to Al 300 and pure-silica ZSM-5 were synthesized,respectively,using honeycomb-shaped cordierite as support by in-situ hydrothermal method and were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of reaction temperature,content of moisture and space velocity on NO conversion were investigated.The results showed that the conversion of NO over high silica ZSM-5/cordierite or pure-silica ZSM-5/cordierite decreased with the increase of temperature or space velocity under the conditions of dry gas or wet gas.The ZSM-5/cordierite monolithic catalysts exhibited resistance to moisture.The NO conversion decreased from 25% to 17% over ZSM-5/cordierite monolithic catalyst with molar ratio of Si to Al 300 and decreased from 27% to 19% over pure-silica ZSM-5/cordierite monolithic catalyst under the same conditions of 30 ℃,space velocity 15 000 h-1,moisture content 0.0-3.5 g/L.
