摘 要:采用等离子体法制备Pd/γ-Al2O3催化剂,用场发射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对其进行表征,并考察其对催化氧化低浓度CO的性能。结果表明:Pd/γ-Al2O3经等离子体处理,Pd2+被还原成单质Pd;催化剂表面Pd颗粒小,分散均匀,而常规浸渍法制备的催化剂有明显的团聚现象。在60℃,空速为15 000 h-1时,在等离子法制备的Pd/γ-Al2O3作用下,CO的转化率达到92%,比常规浸渍法制备的催化剂提高了25%。The Pd/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by plasma method,and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The activity of Pd/γ-Al2O3 for CO catalytic oxidation were investigated.The results showed that Pd2+ was changed to Pd during the process of the catalysts treated by plasma,the particles of Pd were smaller.The CO conversion catalysts prepared by plasma method reached 92% under the conditions of temperature 60 ℃ and high velocity of 15 000 h-1,which was higher than conventional Pd/γ-Al2O3-C catalysts by 25%.
