摘 要:在温度30~90℃、时间1~6 min、绝对压力700~100 Pa范围内,单因素考察时,其余2个因素依次选取3 min,400 Pa,60℃,得到固态胺纤维(SAF)真空解吸CO2的效率分别为:16.63%~85.47%,32.11%~72.30%,46.42%~78.02%。通过正交实验,得到各因素对反应影响的显著性依次为温度、绝对压力及时间。在实验室条件下,考虑到应用装置寿命、能耗、体积及重量,较优反应条件取温度70℃,再生时间2.5 min,绝对压力300 Pa,此时再生效率为82.32%。In the temperature range of 30 - 90 ℃ ,time of 1 - 6 min, absolute pressure of 700 - 100 Pa, the regeneration efficiency of solid amine fiber(SAF)desorption of CO2 by vacuum were 16. 63% -85.47% , 32. 11% - 72. 30% , 46. 42% - 78.02% respectively, as single factor was investigated, and the rest took 3 min ,400 Pa,60 ℃ in turn. Through the orthogonal experiment, the significance sequence according to the effect of various factors on the reaction was as follows:temperature, absolute pressure, time. Under laboratory conditions, considering the lifetime, energy consumption, size, and weight of the application device, the optimum conditions of solid amine fiber regeneration by vacuum were:70 ~C ,2. 5 min,300 Pa,the regeneration efficiency was 82. 32% simultaneously.
