摘　　要：东盟国家语言状况的发展流变有其特定的历史、社会和文化动因,运用社会语言学的多语理论模式解释、预测广西与东盟国家交流的语言问题与前景;从保障国家文化安全的角度,提出自由贸易条件下面向东盟的广西外语战略,调整并制定适合广西区域发展的外语教育政策刻不容缓。There are specific reasons for the development of language situation in the ASEAN countries historically, socially and culturally. In the light of muhilingualism, this article attempts to illustrate and predict the language problem and prospect between Guangxi and the ASEAN countries. From the perspective of national euhural security, Guangxi foreign language strategy and the relevant foreign language education policy should be adjusted to meet the needs of communications with the ASEAN.
